Role Overview:

Construct Nordic Intent, a consulting company, is seeking a client-facing Project Operations professional to manage day-to-day project activities and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and clients. The role involves operational planning, task allocation, and performance tracking, requiring strong communication and organizational skills to maintain quality and efficiency across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across multiple projects, ensuring tasks are completed as per timelines and quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients — managing communication, expectations, and updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to allocate and monitor work for 10–15 team members.
Track project deliverables, timelines, and progress to ensure consistent execution.
Support in preparing project reports, presentations, and documentation.
Identify process gaps and assist in streamlining operational workflows.
Maintain clear communication between project leads, clients, and team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience in project coordination, client servicing, or operations management (consulting experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — essential for client interactions.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
