Consstruct is looking for enthusiastic Civil Engineering trainees to join our team for a 1-month training period. This role is entirely office-based and computer-oriented, providing hands-on exposure to analytical and technical work in the field of civil infrastructure and pavement management.

Job Description
- Analysis of concrete, asphalt pavement, and road condition.
- Zone division and mapping for project scoping
- Rating of asphalt/concrete as per ASCE (USA) standards
- Providing technical solutions and consultation support
- Assisting with budget allocation and report preparation
Candidate Selection Criteria
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficient in basic computer skills and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Presentations, Gmail, etc.)
- Qualification: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Civil Engineering
