Job Title: Junior Designer (Sales & Enablement)

Role Overview
As a Junior Designer for the Sales team, you will be responsible for creating high-impact visual assets that help our sales professionals win new business. You won’t just be making things "look pretty"—you will be using design to communicate value, solve client problems, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Pitch Decks & Presentations: Design and format persuasive PowerPoint/Keynote presentations for prospective global clients.
Sales Collateral: Create brochures, case study PDFs, one-pagers, and whitepapers that align with the
Kilowott brand identity.
Social Selling Assets: Craft engaging LinkedIn banners, carousels, and graphics for the sales team to use in outreach.
Proposal Design: Assist in the layout of complex technical proposals to make them digestible and visually professional.
Ad-hoc Support: Work closely with the Business Development Managers to create quick mockups or visual aids for client meetings.
Required Skills & Tools:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Presentation Mastery: High level of skill in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
Layout & Typography: A strong eye for clean layout, hierarchy, and professional typography.
Communication: Ability to take a "sales brief" and translate it into a visual story.
Bonus: Familiarity with Figma or Canva for quick-turnaround assets.
