Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing for projects and overall brand growth. This role requires a strong blend of strategy, execution, and brand leadership to drive visibility, lead generation, and market positioning—especially in preparation for upcoming project launches.
Key Responsibilities
1. Planning & Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for projects and the brand
- Align marketing initiatives with business objectives, sales targets, and launch timelines
- Create go-to-market strategies for new and existing projects
2. Digital Marketing
- Oversee online presence including website, SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, and social media
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Drive lead generation through data-driven strategies and campaign optimization
3. Content & Communication
- Ensure all content aligns with brand language, tone, and positioning
- Oversee creation of content across platforms (social media, website, email, ads)
- Maintain consistency in brand storytelling across all channels
4. Marketing Collaterals
- Collaborate with teams and agencies to develop brochures, web design, photoshoots, video content, and ad creatives
- Ensure all marketing materials meet brand standards and project objectives
5. Marketing Intelligence & Research
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Analyze pricing benchmarks, market positioning, and customer trends
- Identify new marketing opportunities including events, partnerships, and sponsorships
6. Sales Alignment
- Partner with the sales team to understand targets and pipeline needs
- Support lead generation and conversion through effective campaign execution
- Ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales outcomes
7. Budgeting & ROI
- Manage marketing budgets across projects
- Track and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI
- Provide insights and reports on marketing effectiveness
8. Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the internal marketing team
- Ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution of deliverables
Brand Building Responsibilities
1. Brand Vision
- Own and drive the overall brand strategy and identity
- Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints
2. Positioning
- Develop compelling value propositions for each project
- Differentiate offerings in a competitive market
3. Customer Experience
- Design and enhance customer journeys across all stages
- Create impactful and engaging brand experiences
4. Creative Oversight
- Guide all creative outputs across digital and traditional platforms
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency
5. Public Relations
- Manage media relations and PR opportunities
- Strengthen brand visibility through strategic communications
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5–10 years of relevant marketing experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution
- Proven track record in lead generation and ROI-driven marketing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
