Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
The role involves onboarding customers, handling queries, maintaining long-term relationships, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle customer onboarding and support processes
- Address customer queries, concerns, and escalations professionally
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain customer records and follow-up activities
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management
- Assist in improving customer engagement and operational processes
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and manage customer expectations
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer support systems is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Prior experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, Sales Support, or Account Management preferred
