About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven Sales Operations Specialist with 5+ years of experience in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by optimizing processes, managing CRM systems, generating insights, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end sales operations process.
- Maintain and administer CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Generate sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership review.
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, revenue targets, and business opportunities.
- Support proposal management, quotations, contracts, and sales documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teams to streamline operations.
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and productivity.
- Monitor KPIs and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes, policies, and reporting standards.
- Assist in territory planning, lead management, and account tracking activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations within an IT Services, Software Development, Digital Solutions, or Technology Consulting company.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Excellent knowledge of sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT services companies handling international clients.
- Familiarity with proposal management, bid support, and sales enablement processes.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of digital services, software development, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies.
