🚀 About the Role

Kilowott is looking for a Senior Project Manager – IT & Digital Marketing to take ownership of multiple projects across technology, web, e-commerce and digital marketing.
You’ll be the bridge between clients, technical teams and digital marketing teams, ensuring projects are well planned, clearly communicated and delivered successfully. This is a role for someone who is proactive, organised and confident enough to take ownership rather than simply follow up on tasks.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Own projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering and planning through execution, launch and post-launch support.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, UI/UX designers, SEO, paid ads, content, social media and other digital specialists.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping timelines, priorities, resources and deliverables on track.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure clear, proactive and professional communication.
- Conduct project meetings, provide status updates and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks and potential delays early and drive them towards resolution.
- Manage scope changes, approvals and client expectations effectively.
- Coordinate testing, UAT, reviews, approvals and project launches.
- Track project performance, timelines and deliverables and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Work closely with teams to remove roadblocks and ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain clear project documentation and communication across HubSpot and Slack.
- Continuously look for ways to improve project processes, team collaboration and delivery efficiency.
💡 What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of experience in project management, preferably within an IT company, digital agency or technology environment.
- Strong experience managing web development, e-commerce and digital marketing projects.
- Good understanding of SEO, paid advertising/PPC, social media, content marketing and digital campaigns.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong client-facing experience; international client experience is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams and competing priorities.
- Strong leadership, ownership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work comfortably with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good understanding of Agile and modern project management practices.
- Strong documentation, planning and reporting skills.
🛠️ Tools & Collaboration
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot for CRM, project/client coordination, pipelines, reporting and workflows.
- Comfortable using Slack for day-to-day communication, collaboration and project coordination.
- Experience with other project management and collaboration tools is an added advantage.
