About the Role
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team in Porvorim, Goa. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing modern, responsive websites and mobile applications, with a strong understanding of both UX and UI design.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive websites and mobile applications.
- Create interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Develop and maintain reusable design systems and UI components.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients to ensure accurate implementation.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback.
- Ensure consistency across layouts, typography, colours, spacing, and visual elements.
- Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX projects.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and interaction design.
- Good knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with design systems and reusable components.
- Understanding of usability and user-centred design principles.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS will be an advantage.
Good to Have
- Experience designing SaaS products, web applications, or mobile apps.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite / Adobe XD.
- Experience with animations and micro-interactions.
- Understanding of accessibility and WCAG guidelines.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or React Native.
